Fees are the main source of covering conference expenses such as venue and equipment hire and refreshments, however taking into account specific situations in particular countries, in solidarity we decided to co-fund the fees for invitees from the countries on the list below. If you find that your particular circumstances warrant a reduction or exemption from conference fees beyond the provided country classification, please write to us describing your particular case and we will see if we can accommodate your participation based on the financial situation of the conference at the given time.
